Founded in 1994, we are a subsidiary of STM S.p.A., one of the largest and most reputable manufacturers of Power Transmission Drives in Italy. Our sister company, GSM S.p.A., which was acquired by STM S.p.A. in 2000, is a leading manufacturer of huge gear reducers.
